In the operation of manufacturing enterprise supply chain, there are lots conflicts and differences between node enterprises because different demands on price, quality, cost, other factors. These can be effectively solved by negotiation. this paper, authors will abstract entities in chain as agents, present a negotiation mode, then discuss tactics procedures purchasing agent supplier agent. Next, practical example discussed simulated for validating model. Application models helpful resolving conflicts, improving efficiency. That used optimizing management, maximizing benefits, operational efficiency chain.
